Once you find a lost item, simply add it to your own dashboard, enter the details of the person who has forgotten it and press the contact button.
The guest will receive an email notification where they can choose whether to purchase or refuse the shipment of their item; if successful, all you have to do is prepare the parcel and wait for the courier to collect it.
The register will update automatically at each step of the process, from notification to payment and shipment.
